GAYNOCCHIO

Scene III:  Fundieland

Episode 11. THE JOLLY COACHMAN:  
Gaynocchio is driven to Fundieland in a coach of donkeys lead by a jolly coachman. 
Episode 12. FUNDIELAND:  
Gaynocchio plays with all the other queer children at Fundieland.  
Episode 13. LAMPWICK: Gaynocchio makes a new friend. 
Episode 14. DONKEY, DONKEY:  The Coachman turns out to be an evil slave driver, and the donkeys are the queer children supposedly lead to the utopia of Fundieland.
Music and Text by David Edgar Walther;  after Carlos Collodi;  with additional lyrics by Kristin Webb, Florence Whipple and from Mother Goose; choreographed by Florence Whipple, with the dancers of The North Shore Civic Ballet. Music performed by The Putnam Court Musicians: Kristin Webb, Flute; Russell Southcott, Guitar; sung by Mary Saunders and the composer.
